Are the design and cliché really included?
Yes, both are completely free. We do not charge extra for design, clichés, or changes to the digital proof. The price you see is the final price including VAT.
What file format should I send?
We prefer vector files (AI, PDF, SVG or EPS) because they guarantee maximum print quality. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG (minimum 300 dpi).
Can I order less than 180 rolls?
No. The minimum order is 180 rolls (5 boxes of 36) due to factory machine preparation times.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices on the sheet are VAT included, but in certain cases they may be shown without VAT to facilitate B2B comparison. You will always receive an invoice with VAT broken down in accordance with Spanish regulations.
Do you ship outside the peninsula?
Yes, consult for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe. The delivery time and cost may vary.
