Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the original tags and in its original packaging.
  • It is mandatory to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Submit a return request:

Click on the profile icon in the store menu or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  • Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email that was sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code that appears there.
  • Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the "Request a return" button for the order you want to return.

If returning the item, it must not be sent without the prior consent of TELECAJAS A DOMICILIO, SL. Before making any exchange or return, please contact us.

Once this confirmation and the corresponding delivery address have been obtained, the product must be sent in its original packaging and in perfect condition, along with the purchase invoice and the duly completed return form.

In these cases, TELECAJAS A DOMICILIO, SL will refund the price of the item using the same payment method used by the customer. For payments made by bank transfer, the bank account number must be indicated on the return form, and the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Costs and Fees: The customer is responsible for the return transport costs associated with the return of the item in Changes of Mind, from the second delivery attempt to the home, as well as in Delivery Delays attributable to the carrier and not the responsibility of Telecajas.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pedidos@telecajas.com so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy:

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Customized or made-to-measure products
  • Gift cards.

If you have any questions about the possibility of returning a specific item, please contact our team beforehand.

Item Exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange, the quickest and most efficient way is to return the item you received and, after the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item. We will ship the new item and collect the original one at the same time.

Right of Withdrawal (EU): If your purchase is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return your order without needing to provide any justification, respecting the general conditions indicated above.

Refunds: We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether it has been approved. Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
