If you want to pay your orders by bank direct debit, complete this form and attach the requested documentation. We will review the information before enabling this payment method on your account.

Attach the bank certificate
We need a valid bank ownership certificate to verify the account.

Sign the SEPA mandate
After reviewing the request, we will send you a SEPA PDF to complete, sign and return to us.
Bank direct debit is not enabled automatically. TeleCajas will review the documentation and manually confirm approval before enabling this payment method.

- Descarga la orden SEPA B2B (los datos de TeleCajas ya van rellenos).
- Complétala con los datos de tu empresa (razón social, dirección, BIC e IBAN) y fírmala y séllala.
- Súbela firmada en el campo "Orden SEPA B2B firmada" del formulario de abajo, junto con el resto de documentación.
