• Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries are only made on business days

• Important : 90% of our deliveries are completed within 24 hours in the main cities of the peninsula. However, failure to receive the order within this period does not entitle you to compensation.

Additional notes:

1. Friday orders : Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.

2. Weekend Orders : Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, and delivered between Tuesday and Wednesday.

3. Holidays and long weekends : In the case of holidays or long weekends, deliveries may be delayed a few additional days due to the temporary suspension of routes by transport agencies.

4. Large shipments : Orders that require shipment on pallets will be managed by conventional transport, which may affect delivery times.
